The Aqua Trol Chlorine Generator is an automatic chlorine generation system with built in filter pump timer and is mainly designed for above ground swimming pools. The Aqua Trol sanitizes the water in the swimming pool by converting the salt into free chlorine that kills algae and bacteria. It has built in timer to control the pool filter, which insures the proper filtration and sanitation of the pools water. The system is designed to handle above ground swimming pool of up to 18,000 gallons (67,500 liters).
The converted free chlorine kills bacteria and algae in the pool through a process called electrolysis and converts back to sodium chloride after the process. Operating the equipment only requires a low concentration of salt (sodium chloride) in the swimming pools water which will not even affect the water taste. Because of the process in converting back chlorine into salt, this eliminates the need for adding more sodium chloride which makes it more economical. Additional sodium chloride will only be required after backwashing or draining. There will be no requirement for additional chemicals to the pool water except salt, which is readily available in the market.
The easy to read digital display with the 7 diagnostic indicators makes the operation of the Aqua Trol very easy to use. Plumbing will be very easy, you can choose to install flexible tubing or PVC pipes. The Aqua Trol is available in different options to allow for easy installation, the cell may be connected with 1 1/2" – 1 1/4" flexible hose or by a 2" PVC pipe.
